Sales Ledger Assistant – Part-Time

16 Hours a week (£8.50p/h)


Hours: Mondays and Fridays 9:00am – 5:00pm (16 hours a week)


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join our well-established and growing waste management company, based in Bromsgrove. We are a family run business with a friendly atmosphere and a supportive culture, you will not be disappointed.



You will possess:


  • Previous Sales Ledger experience (ideal)
  • Prior use of SAGE Line 50 (ideal)
  • IT skills and literate in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • An ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • An ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Time keeping skills


The role requires the successful candidate to:


  • Produce sales invoices when required
  • Perform credit control duties as directed
  • Make and receive calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries
