B2B Sales Executive

Lilium Direct is an exciting new start-up business specialising in job advertising. Our clever solution helps companies fill their vacancies quickly by advertising on over 500 job boards simultaneously, and reaching a network of over 30 million job-seekers. We offer UK-wide advertising solutions to companies in any sector, saving them both time and money on recruitment.

Since opening, the business has grown at a fantastic rate and is welcoming new clients daily, whilst continuing to receive excellent feedback from existing customers. Thanks to this early success and ambitious growth targets, we are looking to build a world-class sales team to take the company to the next level.

We therefore have an opportunity for a new business sales executive to join and develop a career with the company, working alongside senior management that respects their input and encourages new ideas.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sourcing new clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
  • Scheduling and sitting online demonstrations with new prospects.
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle from initial interest to close.
  • Managing accounts to offer customer care, support, and repeat business.
  • Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
  • Working towards personal and team sales targets.



Qualities and Experience


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a B2B telesales role.
  • Proven top performer with a stable career history.
  • Hungry to succeed and further develop a career within sales.
  • Focused on own personal development and learning.
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Good pipeline management and motivated by achieving results.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with ability to build rapport.





  • Starting salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus commission.
  • Fantastic uncapped monthly commission structure of up to 30% of all revenue, with no starting threshold.
  • Quarterly targets to increase basic salary.
  • Year 2 OTE of £60k+
  • Pension contributions.

  • Working hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
