Winchester Jobcentre

By Train

Winchester railway station is served by regular services from Weymouth and stops to Portsmouth and Southampton.

If you arrive into Winchester by train, then exit the station onto Station Road and go left. This will lead you to a small crossroads where you need to cross over and start walking down City Road. After just a few moments you will see City Gate on your left-hand-side.

By Bus

Lots of buses run into the centre of Winchester, providing excellent connections with surrounding towns and suburbs, as well as with Southampton.

All buses stop at the main Winchester Bus Station, which is where you should get off. From here, exit onto High Street and turn right, following this through the shops until you come to Jewry Street on your right. Turn down here and this will lead you to City Road. From here you simply need to cross over, turn left and you will then see City Gate right in front of you. Alternatively, some buses stop on City Road itself, so if your service does, just get off here.

Travelling by Car

City Gate is located right on the main B3330, which runs through the centre of Winchester and links with the B3420 Andover Road just to the north and the busy M1 to the south.

By car, then, you just need to head into Winchester and then get onto the B3330. Follow the signs towards the railway station and this will lead you onto City Road, where you will easily spot the local Jobcentre Plus in Winchester.
