Wigan Jobcentre

By Train

Wigan is served by two railway stations, Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate, each of which are served by trains from different destinations. The stations are, however, located next to one another, so if you are arriving by train, you just need to exit onto Wallgate and then look for the corner with King Street. From here, turn down King Street and carry straight ahead for a few moments. Shortly after you pass Rodney Street on your left you will see Brocol House on your right.

By Bus

Lots of buses run into Wigan, providing regular links with destinations across Lancashire and the north-west of England, including Manchester city centre, Blackburn and Bolton.

If you are travelling into Wigan by bus, then you need to get off on in the town centre, on Wallgate at the stops for the train stations. From here you just need to turn down King Street and you will then come to Brocol House almost straight away.

Travelling by Car

Wigan is well-connected by main roads, lying at the meeting point of the A49 and the A577. If you are driving, then, you simply need to follow one of these main A-roads into the town centre. Either of these will lead you to Wallgate, where you just need to pass in front of the town's train stations in order to find King Street.

Limited short-stay parking can be found at the two railway stations, just a short walk from the Jobcentre Plus in Wigan.
