Whitby Job Centre

By Train

Whitby railway station is well-served by regular trains from across North Yorkshire and the wider region, including from Scarborough and Middlesbrough.

If you arrive into Whitby by train, you just need to exit the station and then turn left. You will then see Bobbies Bank, and the local job centre, right in front of you.

By Bus

Whitby benefits from good bus connections from surrounding towns and suburbs. Popular services include the 93 from Middlesbrough and Scarborough and the 840 from Leeds and York.

All buses stop at the main Whitby Bus Station on Windsor Terrace. Get off here, exit onto Windsor Terrace and turn right. You will then see Bobbies Bank on your right almost straight away, so just turn down here.

Travelling by Car

Bobboes Bank is easily reached from the A174, which runs through the centre of Whitby. If you're driving, then, follow the A171 into the town and then take the A174 into the historic centre. From here you just need to follow the signs for the railway station and this will bring you straight to Bobbies Bank.

Short-stay parking is available close to the Whitby Tourist Information Centre, on the harbour, just a short walk away.
