By Train
Todmorden railway station is well-served by regular trains from Manchester, Leeds and other destinations across both Yorkshire and Lancashire.
From the station, you first need to follow the approach road down onto the main Burnley Road. Cross over, turn left and follow this into the town centre. After a few minutes you will see Adelaide Street on your right, so turn down here. You will then see the local job centre on your left almost straight away.
By Bus
Regular bus services connect Todmorden with surrounding destinations. Services include the 593 from Halifax, the 589 from Burnley and the 590 from Hebden Bridge.
All buses stop at the main Todmorden Bus Station, on the main Burnley Road, which is where you need to get off. From here, exit the bus station and follow Burnley Road to the right. After a couple of minutes you will see Adelaide Street on your right, so turn down here and you will then see the job centre on the left-hand-side of the street.
Travelling by Car
Adelaide Street is just off the main A646 Burnley Road which runs through the centre of Todmorden and connects the town with Burnley, Halifax and the A6033 to Rochdale.
If you're driving, then, you should simply follow the A646 into Todmorden and then, when you reach the town centre, look out for the turning onto Adelaide Street. You will be able to find on-street parking on and around Adelaide Street.
