Rushden Jobcentre Plus

By Train

Rushden does not have a railway station. The nearest station is 5 miles away, at Wellingborugh. From here you can catch the X46 bus into Rushden in just a few minutes.

By Bus

Plenty of buses run into Rushden town centre, providing excellent connections with surrounding towns and villages. Regular services include the 49 and 50 from Bedford and Kettering, the X46 and X47 from Ruands, Irchester, Northampton and Wellingborough, and Link buses, which connect Rushden with nearby Higham.

All buses into Rushden stop on High Street in the town centre. You should get off here, at the stop for Station Road. From here you will be able to see Victoria Road. Go down here and this will bring you onto Rectory Road. Bear left and you will then see the local Jobcentre Plus almost immediately.

Travelling by Car

Rectory Road is directly off the A5028 which runs through Rushden and connects with the main A45 and A6 just north of the town centre.

By car, then, follow the A45 or A6 to Rushden and then take the A5028 into the town centre. This will lead you onto High Street. From here, follow the signs for the Rushden Historical Transport Society Museum. This will bring you onto John Clark Way and from here you can turn onto Rectory Road, where you will see the local Jobcentre Plus in Rushden right away.
