Poole Jobcentre Plus

 

By Train

Poole enjoys excellent rail connections with destinations across the south-west, including with Weymouth, Branksome, Parkstone and surrounding suburbs and villages such as Branksome.

From the railway station you need to walk down the approach road onto the main Towngate Bridge. Cross over here onto High Street and follow this for 5 minutes until you see a road going off to the right. Take this and it will bring you onto Dear Hay Lane. From here you just need to turn left and you will see the Old Town Market building after just a few moments.

 

By Bus

Lots of buses run into Poole town centre, offering reliable connections with surrounding towns and villages.

From the bus station on Kingland Road it's around a 15-minute walk to the local job centre. To get there, you need to exit the bus station and turn right, following Kingland Crescent for around 10 minutes until you come onto High Street. Turn left here and cross over the railway lines and then take the third small road on your right onto Dear Hay Lane. Go left here and you will see Old Town Market almost right away.

 

Travelling by Car

By car, you should follow the main A350 into Poole and turn into the town centre at the roundabout by the railway station. At this roundabout, you will be able to turn directly onto Dear Hay Lane and the one-way system will bring you straight to the local Jobcentre Plus.
