Newmarket Jobcentre Plus
Newmarket railway station offers regular connections with Cambridge, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, as well as with smaller nearby towns and villages.
From the railway station, you need to exit and follow Station Approach down onto The Ave. Turn left down here and follow this until you reach High Street. Turn right and walk straight on for a few moments. When you reach the National Horseracing Museum, cross over and walk down Wellington Street. You will then see the local job centre in Newmarket almost right away.
Plenty of buses run into the centre of Newmarket, stopping right by Wellington Street. Buses stopping outside the Horseracing Museum include the 11, 12, 18, 46, 305, 490, 497, 727 and 903.
So, if you are travelling by bus, you need to get off on High Street, at the stop for the museum. You will then be able to see Wellington Street from the bus stop.
Travelling by Car
Wellington Street runs off the main A1304, which runs through the centre of Newmarket and links with the A11 and the A14. By car, then, you need to get onto the A1304 and follow it into the town centre. Look out for the National Horseracing Museum and when you get here, you will be able to turn onto Wellington Street opposite.
Short-stay parking can be found at the Guineas Shopping Centre, just a few moments away by foot.
