Newcastle City Jobcentre Plus

By Train

If you're travelling into central Newcastle by train, then getting to the job centre is both quick and easy.

Upon exiting the station, turn right down Neville Street and follow this to the busy junction. Cross straight over and then start following Mosley Street. After just a few moments you will see Cloth Market on your left. Turn down here and this will lead you to Cathedral Square.

By Bus

Lots of buses run into Newcastle city centre, providing quick and easy connections from the suburbs, as well as from Gateshead, Durham and Sunderland.

If you are travelling into the city by bus, you should get off at the central railway station. From here it's just a short walk following the directions above.

Travelling by Car

Cloth Market runs off the main A186, which runs through the centre of Newcastle and links with the A167 right by the Tyne Bridge. So, if you're driving, you need to get into the city centre and then onto the A186. Follow this towards the Tyne Bridge and, when this brings you onto Mosley Street, you will be able to turn onto Cloth Market.

There are several short-stay car parks dotted around Newcastle city centre, generally in easy walking distance of Cathedral Square.
