Hemel Hempstead Jobcentre Plus

By Train

Hemel Hempstead is served by regalar trains from central London as well as from Croydon and smaller towns and suburbs across Hertfordshire. Note, however, that the railway station is more than a mile away from the local job centre, so you should consider taking a bus from the station into the town centre.

By Bus

Lots of buses run into the centre of Hemel Hempstead, including the 2 from Berkhamstead, the 4 from Grovehill West and the 318 from Abbots Langley and Watford.

All services stop at the main Hemel Hempsted Bus Station, right by the market. This is where you need to get off and from here you will be able to exit straight onto Waterhouse Street, where you will then see the local Jobcentre Plus almost directly in front of you.

Travelling by Car

If you're driving, you need to take the main A414 to Hemel Hempstead and then follow the A416 into the town centre. From here, you simply need to follow the signs for the commercial centre and, at the small roundabout just over the river, you will be able to turn straight onto Waterhouse Street, where you will also find a good number of short-stay car parking spaces.
