The nearest train station is Haymarket, from where you can travel into Edinburgh city centre as well as out to the surrounding suburbs.
From the station, exit and turn left down Morrison Street. Carry straight on and then cross Lothian Road onto Bread Street. When you get to the end of Bread Street, bear right and you will see the local job centre right in front of you.
Plenty of buses run into Edinburgh city centre from the surrounding suburbs, with many stopping close to High Riggs.
If you're travelling into the city by bus, you should get off at Grassmarket. From here, with the castle on your right, walk to the end of the square and carry straight down West Port. After a couple of minutes, the road will fork. Bear left here onto High Riggs, where you will find the Jobcentre Plus.
Travelling by Car
By car, the best way to arrive is to take the A700 into Edinburgh city centre. This links with the A8 and the A702, both of which run into the surrounding suburbs. You will need to turn down Bread Street and follow the one-way system round onto High Riggs.
Limited on-street parking is available around High Riggs, though there are several short-stay car parks in the city centre.
