Dover Jobcentre

By Train

If you're travelling into Dover by train, then you should get off at the Dover Priory Station, which is just an easy 15-minute walk from the local job centre.

From the station, exit onto Folkstone Road, go left and then follow this road round to the left, round a small roundabout. Cross over when it is safe to do so and then take Park Place to your right. This will take you across the river and then, after a few minutes, onto Maison Dieu Road. Turn left and then you will see the job centre on your right almost straight away.

By Bus

Plenty of buses run into Dover town centre, proving regular connections to the suburbs as well as to surrounding and villages.

If you're travelling in by bus, then you should alight on High Street, at the stop for the Carlton Shopping Centre. From here, walk down High Street with the shopping centre on your left and then turn down Ladywell. This will take you across the river and, after a couple of minutes, onto Maison Dieu Road. From here, you just need to turn left and walk a few moments more.

Travelling by Car

The Dover job centre is located right on the main A256, so if you're travelling by car, you should take this into the town centre. The A256 connects with the A20 to the south, with this connecting Dover to Folkstone and the M20, and the A2 to Canterbury to the north.

Short-stay parking is available at the Carlton Shopping Centre, just a short walk away.
