Dingwall Jobcentre Plus

New benefit claimants should make an appointment, jobseekers can browse the latest vacancies and seek help and advice from our friendly staff members.

By Train

Dingwall benefits from excellent rail connections to Inverness, as well as to smaller destinations such as Conon Bridge, Garve and Alness.

If you're arriving by train, then you need to exit the station and follow Station Road to the right onto High Street. Follow High Street, going against the direction of the one-way traffic, and, just after you cross over the intersection with Castle Street and Hill Street you will see the local job centre in Dingwall on the right.

By Bus

A number of buses run into Dingwall from Inverness and around. Services include the 27A from Inverness via Contin; the 28 from Inverness via Beauly and Muir or Ord, and the 25 from Invergordon and Milton.

All buses into Dingwall stop on the High Street. So, you should get off on High Street at the stop for the Post Office. Then, with the Post Office to your left, carry on up the street for just a couple of minutes and you will soon see the local job centre.

Travelling by Car

The best way of arriving by car is to take the A682 into the town centre. This connects Dingwall with Conon Bridge and Muir of Ord to the south and with the main A9 to the north. So, simply follow the A682 into the town centre and then turn off onto High Street.

There is some on-street parking on High Street itself as well as a couple of short-stay car parks in the town centre.
