Chester Job Centre

By Train

The job centre in Chester is just a few hundred metres from the city's train station, making it quick and easy to get to if you're travelling by train.

To get there, all you need to do is exit the station onto Station Road and take City Road leading off here. Follow City Road for a few minutes and, just as you come to Queen's Road on the left, you will see your local Jobcentre office.

By Bus

The job centre in Chester is also easy to reach if you're travelling into the city by bus. A number of buses stop on City Road, almost right outside the local job centre. These include the 4S, which runs to Mold, the 1 to Wrexham and the 53, which offers links to Hoole Road and Newton Lane.

Travelling by Car

Chester's job centre is located just off the A56, which connects with the M53 and the main A483. The best way to get to the job centre if you are driving is to follow the A56 into the city and then follow the signs for the train station. Go down Station Road and turn off onto City Road.

There is plenty of short-stay parking in Chester city centre, though you are unlikely to find a parking place right outside the job centre itself.
