Getting to the Jobcentre at Castleford
Castleford Jobcentre is quick and easy to reach from the town's train station. All you need to do is leave the station by the main entrance and exit and turn left down Station Road.
This road will soon turn into Bank Street. Keep following this main road for around 500 metres and, just before you reach a main junction, you will see the Jobcentre Plus sign on your right.
Your local JobCentre is also a short walk from the Castleford Bus Station. Simply leave the bus station through the exit onto Albion Street and follow the road to the right until you come to a large junction.
Here, take the road to the right – Savile Road – and then the second road to the right, which is Bank Street.
You will see the Job Centre immediately to your left.
Travelling By Car
Bank Street, where the Jobcentre Plus in Castleford is located, is just moments from both the A656 into neighbouring Pontefract and the A6032.
Parking spaces are limited in the town centre, however, and so the nearest proper car park can be found close to the railway station.
