Getting to Bedlington Jobcentre

By Train

There is no railway station in Bedlington, so if you want or need to travel to the local Jobcentre by public transport, you will have to go by bus.

By Bus

Buses run into the centre of Bedlington from a number of surrounding villages and small communities, including Blyth, Stakeford, West Skeekborn, Newbiggin by the Sea and Longbottom, with residents of most these places covered by the main job centre in the town.

If you're travelling to the local job centre by bus, alight on Glebe Road, which serves as the main bus station for the town. From here, you need to switch onto the main Choppington Road and head south to the roundabout. Take a left here, down West End Front Street and, after a minute you will see the Jobcenter Plus sign set back on the right-hand-side of the street.

Travelling by Car

The Bedlington Jobcentre is situated on the A193, which links with the A1068 going north-to-south and the B1331 to the west. Also, the B1331, which branches off from West End Front Street, where the job centre can be found, connects with the A189, providing quick and easy links with North Seaton, Cramlington and Ashington.
