Getting to Alloa Jobcentre
Alloa Jobcentre is just a short walk from the town's railway station. So, if you arrive by train, simply exit the station, walk to the end of the station approach road, and turn right onto the main road, King Street. Carry on until you reach a big roundabout and, taking care of the traffic, cross over and take the first exit to your left, Mar Street.
Walk down Mar Street for around 200m and you will see your local Jobcentre Plus building on the right-hand-side of the road, directly opposite a church.
The job centre in Alloa is well-served by local buses. Most services stop on Mill Street and Shilling Hill, both of which are just to the south of Mar Place, where the job centre is located. From here, both the 15 and 15A services offer fast connections to the main Alloa bus station. The C68, C69, C70 also all stop right just a couple of minutes' walk from the Alloa Jobcentre.
Travelling by Car
The Alloa Jobcentre is located just a few hundred metres from the A907, which connects the town to Stirling in the west and Dunfermline in the east. However, note that Mar Street is a one-way street, so leave plenty of time to navigate the town centre traffic system, especially if you have an appointment with a jobs advisor.
There is plenty of free parking available throughout Alloa town centre, though you may struggle to find a spot right outside the Jobcentre, especially on a weekday.
