Caerphilly Jobcentre

By Train

Caerphilly has two railway stations, Caerphilly at the southern end of the town centre and Aber just to the north. If you're travelling to the local Jobcentre office, for an appointment or looking for local vacancies, then you should take the train to Caerphilly station, from where it's just a short walk.

To get there, exit the station and turn right down Cardiff Road, following this round as it becomes Castle Street. Carry on and, soon after Bedwass Road goes off to the right, you will soon see the local job centre on the right of the road.

By Bus

Regular bus services connect Caerphilly with surrounding towns and villages, including many of the places served by the local job centre here. Daily bus services include the number 1, which runs to Merthyr Tydfil, Rhymney and Bargoed; the number 2 which runs to Phillipstown and Aberbargoed, the number 4 Bus to Tredegar and Pontlottyn and the number 5 Bus to Newbridge and Oakdale.

If you're travelling into the town by bus, you should get off on Castle Street and, with the castle on your left, head up north until you see the job centre on your right.

Travelling by Car

The Jobcentre office in Caerphilly is located right on the main B4600, making it easy to reach if you're travelling in by car.

The best way of getting to the job centre is to follow the signs to the Caerphilly castle. Parking is available right by the castle, and short-stay car parks can also be found in the town centre.
